Attorney Gayle C. With over twenty-three years of experience as a practicing attorney, Ms. Hendley offers personalized and tailored services to each of her clients based on her extensive background in civil litigation, appellate practice, eminent domain, and in-house counseling for a variety of organizations and commercial entities.

As an experienced small business owner (former restauranteur), she brings an understanding of issues from both sides of the table: the client's as well as the attorney's. With her varied business and practice experience, Ms. Hendley provides a broad-based, grounded and comprehensive approach to your legal issues, whether as a negotiator, advisor, counsel, appellate advocate, or in the ADR forums of arbitration and mediation. Before opening her own firm in 2006, Ms. Hendley practiced law for twenty-two years in large firm and large organizational settings and has continued to do so as contracted in-house counsel. Over the past two decades, attorney Gayle C. Hendley has practiced in areas as diverse as health law; technology contracting; product development; professional services and consulting agreements; general commercial contracting; constitutional law; personal injury; mass tort litigation; litigation management; eminent domain; appellate practice; and, alternative dispute resolution through arbitration and mediation.
